A chance to learn some delicious sweet recipes using alternatives to processed sugar we are all so used to!
We all know sugar is bad for us. Low sugar recipes don’t have to be all doom and gloom, and there are many delicious alternative ingredients to give you a sweet hit without busting your daily recommended allowance out of the water. This course is designed to highlight alternatives, using natural sugars wherever possible, and shows you how cutting down on sugar isn’t as hard as it might first seem.
