Kids Italian Day

Working in our bespoke cookery studio each participant will have their own cookery workstation in true ‘masterchef’ style!

During the day they will cook 4 recipes, one of which will be lunch which we will sit down together to eat whilst discussing different topics we have covered during the morning. (Children are welcome to bring a packed lunch if they prefer, but we ask you to kindly refrain from any nut based products in case of allergies within the group).

Recipes will be:

Pizza Dough and Toppings
Tiramisu
Risotto
Spinach and Ricotta Cannelloni

All dietary requirements, allergies and intolerances can be accommodated with notice.

INSTRUCTIONS

Please ensure children bring a jumper as even on hot days the cookery school can start off a little cool.

Please also bring a water bottle and a snack or two in case hunger hits while things are still cooking! No nuts though in case of allergies within the group.
