Fill Your Freezer Cookery Day

Everybody loves that smug feeling of knowing that, when short of time, you can just put your hand in the freezer and pull out a delicious meal ready to heat and serve to your family.
In this full day session, we will be taking you through the do’s and don’ts’s of cooking for the freezer. You will learn how to make some delicious meals that will see you through the year; from warming winter stews, soups and slow cooker packs to fabulous, ready to BBQ meats and vegetables.
In this session we will be cooking lots of delicious recipes using seasonal produce. Menus will be confirmed near the time.
Participants will go home with all of their recipes and creations to share or freeze, as well as some fantastic memories of the day. During the day you will stop for a short break and eat one of the dishes you have created, sitting with each other, allowing for more in-depth questions or conversation.
All dietary requirements, allergies and intolerances can be catered for with prior notice.
We are a Covid Secure Venue, keeping our classes small with protective measures in place between each work station.
