In this workshop we will be cooking:

  • Starter: Sea Bream Ceviche
  • Main: Aromatic Chicken Breast with a lightly curried coconut sauce and masala potatoes
  • Dessert: Raspberry Mille Feuille

Plus a demo of Thai Fish cakes and dipping sauce which we will all sit down to eat for lunch together.
