Take the hassle and fuss out of entertaining and become a ‘Dinner party Diva’ with our brilliant workshop!
A chance to learn some new dinner party recipes that will impress your guests and leave them deliciously full whilst making sure you are not left hot and bothered in the kitchen!
In this workshop we will be cooking three scrumptious dishes as well as sharing lots of hints and tips to ensure your presentation wows just as much as the flavour. The menu changes with each course and will be confirmed nearer the time to make use of seasonal produce. A sample menu is shown below:
• Starter – Sea Bream Ceviche
• Main – Aromatic Chicken Breast with a lightly curried coconut sauce and masala potatoes
• Dessert – Raspberry Mille Feuille
During the day you will stop for a short break and eat one of the dishes you have created, sitting with each other, allowing for more in-depth questions or conversation.
Participants will go home with all of their recipes and creations to share or freeze, as well as some fantastic memories of the day.
All dietary requirements, allergies and intolerances can be catered for with prior notice.
We are a Covid Secure Venue, keeping our classes small with protective measures in place between each work station.
