Join us for this tantalising aromatic Thai cooking class hosted by Philip Friend (Britain’s Best Home Cook Finalist).
In this jam packed course you will learn how to make Thai crackers, 2 different types of curry paste, making one into a delicious curry, phad Thai, Thai fishcakes and dipping sauce and how to make the perfect sticky rice.
During the day you will stop for a short break and eat one of the dishes you have created, sitting with each other, allowing for more in depth questions or conversation.
All participants will go home with all of their creations to share or freeze, a recipe booklet, an exclusive SYMES oak chopping board and their wooden spoon from the day (as well as some fantastic memories of the day)!
