During this 2 hour evening course you can have fun creating the most delicious dishes to either take home to share or enjoy with your fellow classmates before leaving!
A great way to have fun, socialise and sort dinner in the process! Dishes change regularly in order to get a good variety of tapas on these evenings but you can expect something similar to this sample menus:
Menu 1: Courgette & Manchego Fritters, Romesco Sauce, Patatas Bravas, Pan con Tomate, Alioli
Menu 2: Spanish Tortilla, Calamares con Salsa Picante, Pimientos de Padron, Alubias con Butifarra, Mahonesa
Menu3: Gambas al ajillo, Gazpacho, Pimientos rellenos, Patatas con Chorizo, Alioli
Menu 4: Fabada, Gildas, Mejillones al Vapor, Patatas Bravas, Mahonesa
All dietary requirements, allergies and intolerances can be catered for with prior notice.
We are a Covid Secure Venue, keeping our classes small with protective measures in place between each work station.
