Join us for this brilliant Sunday Roasts Masterclass hosted by Philip Friend (Britain’s Best Home Cook Finalist).
In this jam-packed course you will learn how to roast your own pork joint with tips on how to make sure your crackling will have your guests shouting for seconds.
No roast dinner is complete without accompaniments and Philip will give you all the tips you need to confidently cook shatteringly crisp roast potatoes, towering Yorkshire Puddings and great gravy, honey glazed carrots, savoury cabbage & bacon, stuffing balls and apple sauce.
As well as top tips for stress-free planning, Philip will also demonstrate various other roasts (including a leg of lamb and beef sirloin) which you will then sit down to eat with various accompaniments, during a short lunch break. This is the perfect time to chat with your classmates and ask Philip some more-in-depth questions.
All participants will go home with their roast pork and accompaniments to share or freeze, a recipe booklet and an exclusive SYMES oak chopping board (as well as some fantastic memories)!
