Join us for our new monthly lunch club where each session we will meet up at our bespoke cookery school to chop, chat, demo, discuss and eat.

Each month we will focus on two recipes (a main course and a dessert) and your tutor will choose one dish to demonstrate and then you will put on your aprons and work together to prepare your version.

Your tutor will have pre-prepared or will demonstrate the other dish but will talk through how it was made and provide a recipe so you can try it out at home.

You will then all sit down to enjoy your two-course meal together.

Demo: Salmon in white wine sauce with new potatoes & spinach

Make: French apple tart with cream

3rd April

Make: Prawn & Pork pot sticker dumplings with Chinese salad

Demo: Molten centre chocolate puddings with cream

15th May

Make: Chicken fricassee with rosti potatoes and greens

Demo: Nutty Tart with cream

12th June

Demo: Rich beef, mustard and brandy casserole with swede, carrot and potato mash

Make: Raspberry and almond tart

Make: Thai green chicken curry with rice

Demo: Treacle sponge cake with custard

Demo: Pork tenderloin with a mustard sauce with parmentier potatoes & cabbage
