Join us for this amazing day dedicated to all things pastry!
Come along and join in the pastry fun! Beginners and confident bakers alike will learn the secrets of crisp crusts and perfect pies.
In this jam-packed day, you will learn how to work with simple ingredients to create some delicious pastry products. We will lead you through all the various types of pastry, demystifying the process and giving you the skills, knowledge and confidence to produce beautiful pastry products in your own home.
Our menus vary but this is an example of the sorts of dishes we will be baking:
Flaky pastry sausage rolls
Sweet pie crust
Rough puff pastry pies
Hot water crust pastry pork pies
During the day you will stop for a quick lunch and a chance to sample one of the dishes you have created, sitting with each other and allowing for more in-depth questions or conversation.
All dietary requirements, allergies and intolerances can be catered for with prior notice.
We are a Covid Secure Venue, keeping our classes small with protective measures in place between each work station.
