One Pot Wonders
Everybody loves a meal that can be tumbled together into one dish, a mingling of delicious flavours and a retainer of nutrients and goodness.
Whether you are catering for a crowd, feeding a family or are bulk cooking for the freezer, one-pot meals are a trump card in any cooks repertoire, and who doesn’t like the opportunity to minimise on washing up!?
In this session we will be cooking the following recipes:
- Moroccan Sweet Potato & Chicken Stew
- Malaysian Beef & Aubergine Curry
- Mediteraean Fish Stew
- Plus we will demo a Butternut Squash Stew with Cheese Dumplings
For all options, a vegetarian or vegan option can be provided and all other dietary requirements can be accommodated with notice.
