A chance to learn some delicious sweet and savoury recipes using alternatives to processed sugar and substituting the carbohydrates we are all so used to!
We all know too much sugar and carbohydrate is bad for us. Low sugar or carb free recipes don’t have to be all doom and gloom, and there are many delicious alternative ingredients to give you a sweet hit without busting your daily recommended allowance out of the water.
This course is designed to highlight alternatives, using natural sugars wherever possible, and shows you how cutting down on sugar and carbohydrate isn’t as hard as it might first seem.
All dietary requirements, allergies and intolerances can be catered for with prior notice.
We are a Covid Secure Venue, keeping our classes small with protective measures in place between each work station.
