This fantastic workshop is run by our very experienced guest chef John and will introduce you to a variety of slicing and dicing skills in our informative yet fun session.
You will be taught how to break down a whole chicken and use every part to create an array of delicious dishes to take home and share. Not only will you learn to correctly use a knife to perform a diverse range of tasks, you will also learn some stock and sauce making skills and a few sneaky tips and tricks to make your life easier in the kitchen.
