Kids Half Term Cooking Day
When: Tuesday 19th February 2019
Time: 9.30am – 3.30pm
A fun and informative day where children aged 6+ can learn some new dishes and pick up vital knowledge on basic knife skills and food hygiene facts.
Working in our bespoke cookery studio each participant will have their own cookery workstation in true ‘masterchef’ style, where everything is provided.
During the day they will cook 4 recipes, part of which will be used for lunch which we will sit down together to eat whilst discussing different topics we have covered during the morning. Recipes will be rainbow meringues, butternut squash and chorizo soup, soda bread, and secret ingredient meatballs and sauce. All allergies, intolerances or food preferences can be accommodated with notice.
