Gluten Free Cooking

A relaxed and informative workshop about cooking for a gluten free diet. As well as cooking some delicious gluten free dishes, we will be looking at the variety of GF substitutions and will be sharing our tips on how to get the best from using them.
In this packed workshop we will be cooking several recipes including delicious main courses and desserts and our best GF bread. Menus will be confirmed nearer the time to make the best of seasonal produce.
All participants will go home with all of their recipes and creations to share or freeze, as well as some fantastic memories of the day! During the day you will stop for a short break and eat one of the dishes you have created, sitting with each other, allowing for more in-depth questions or conversation.
All dietary requirements, allergies and intolerances can be catered for with prior notice.
We are a Covid Secure Venue, keeping our classes small with protective measures in place between each work station.
