The fabulous Philip Friend (Finalist on Mary Berry’s Britains Best Home Cook) will be hosting this informational and fun 6 hour course covering all you need to know about Fish.
You will be taught how to skin and pin bone a fish as well as how to cook fish in a variety of ways from roasting, pan -frying and en papillot.

Refreshments are available throughout the day and we will be stopping for a brief lunch break to enjoy some of what you have made together.
