The fabulous Philip Friend (Finalist on Mary Berry’s Britains Best Home Cook) will be hosting this informational and fun 6 hour course covering all you need to know about Fish.
You will be taught how to skin and pin bone a fish as well as how to cook fish in a variety of ways from roasting, pan -frying and en papillot.
During this brilliant and informative session you will be cooking:
• Fennel and cod parcels
• Thai fish cakes
• Pan-fried mackerel-
• Smoked mackerel pate
• Provencal roasted salmon
Participants will go home with all of their recipes and creations to share or freeze, as well as some fantastic memories of the day! During the day you will stop for a short break and eat one of the dishes you have created, sitting with each other, allowing for more in-depth questions or conversation.
All dietary requirements, allergies and intolerances can be catered for with prior notice.
We are a Covid Secure Venue, keeping our classes small with protective measures in place between each work station.
