Cooking Class for Teenagers
This course is specifically designed for teenagers who are keen to eat healthy balanced meals, need energy packed snacks but don’t quite yet have the skills to make them.
We recognise kids are more and more informed about the bad stuff these days, but often don’t know how to ensure they are still getting all the nutrients their active and ever growing bodies need.
This course will enable them to make informed choices about a healthy diet, whilst still enjoying some energy packed treats.
Fun, informative and the ideal chance to be let loose in the kitchen to get creative!
