Cheese making for beginners
When: Saturday, 2 February, 2019 10am – 1pm
We are so lucky to have the amazing artisan cheesemaker, Julie from Julie’s Pantry hosting this fabulous 3 hour introduction to cheese-making workshop for us.
Come and join us to make two beginners cheese’s; one ricotta style and one halloumi style. Recipe ideas for each of these will also be provided. If you like this course, watch out for our full day’s cheese course coming later in the year!
All participants will go home with all of their creations to share, recipes from the day, and an exclusive SYMES oak chopping board (as well as some fantastic memories of their morning!)
