We are delighted to bring this BBQ course to demonstrate the sheer versatility you have with gas BBQs.
We also cover some essential rubs, marinades and mouth-watering side dishes to make your BBQs the talk of the neighbourhood!
Participants will go home with all of their recipes and creations to share or freeze, as well as some fantastic memories of the day! During the day you will stop for a short break and eat one of the dishes you have created, sitting with each other, allowing for more in-depth questions or conversation.
All dietary requirements, allergies and intolerances can be catered for with prior notice.
We are a Covid Secure Venue, keeping our classes small with protective measures in place between each work station.
