Join us for this amazing day hosted by Philip Friend (Britain’s Best Home Cook Finalist).
Packed full with a variety of pastry types to give you the best overivew possible with no soggy bottoms in sight!
In this course you will make 2 different types of danish pastry, shortcrust pastry, choux pastry and a ruff puff pastry, making all into some delicious dishes with alternative flavour options suggested for when you try them again at home.
During the day we will stop for a short break and eat together one of the savoury recipes allowing for more in depth questions or conversation.
All participants will go home with all of their creations to share or freeze, a recipe booklet, an exclusive SYMES oak chopping board and their wooden spoon from the day (as well as some fantastic memories of the day)!
