500 Cals or Less
Who says that watching your calorie intake means food is bland and boring!
In this workshop we will be cooking a mixture of main meals and puddings, all of which are 500 calories or less. Examples of some of our dishes are Lentil Dhal, Delicious Salmon Fishcakes, Italian Chicken Stew, Prawn & chicken paella.
All of our dishes use seasonal and locally sourced ingredients where possible.
